TOYOTA FURNITURE CONCEPT

Following the launch of their concept, already deployed for several years, the automobile manufacturer decided to entrust MEDIA6 360 with the updating of its customer journey.

Three major issues needed to be addressed: Digitalization of sales areas to integrate the customer into the buying process, the promotion of a Hero Model by removing all the constraints of the raised floor, and the creation of a configuration area for vehicles called Touch and Feel.

The areas, therefore, had to be reviewed to highlight the brand’s models, add value to the customer experience, and optimize the service and accessory areas.

The project included design, manufacture, and deployment for 260 dealerships in France.

THE SOLUTION PROVIDED

Close collaboration between Toyota staff, and our designers and technical experts, allowed us to construct a new customer journey and respond to problems resulting from the marketing objectives and constraints specific to partner automobile dealerships. 

Two main challenges were met: the creation of an illuminated halo on the ground to promote the TOYOTA Hero Model in the dealership, visible in the daytime regardless of the ambient brightness, and deployment in record time in 260 dealerships coordinated by expert teams: sign makers, logistics experts, coordinators, and installers.
