With this new successful service ritual, Maison Dom Perignon once again manages to stand out in the luxury world: champagne is served in a giant SHIELD, which is brought to the customer. The shield completes a table where the bottle will be freed of its coat of arms to be served to important customers or used as a glorifier on the bar or at the most prestigious wine sellers.

The Shield, the symbol of Dom Perignon, is made from folded stainless steel. Internal lattes are soldered to the structure one by one. The hand polishing and hand-painted finish in metallic gold was a major challenge to achieve the required quality. The bottle is held by a metal ring with a lock that holds it in place or releases it during serving.
