PERSONAL DATA
Definitions
Publisher: A person, whether natural or legal, who publishes online public communication services.
Website: All websites, web pages and online services offered by the Publisher.
User: A person who uses the Website and the services.

If you link your account to another service's account for the purpose of cross posting, that service may share your profile information, login information, and any other information you have authorized to be shared. We may aggregate information about all of our other Users, groups, and accounts with the personal data available about the User.
5- Collection of Identity Data
Unrestricted Access
Access to the Site does not require registration or prior identification. It can be accessed without you providing any personal data about yourself (name, first name, address, etc.). We do not collect any personal data for the ordinary use of the Website.
6- Collection of Identification Data
Use of the user's credentials for contact suggestions and marketing offers
We use your electronic credentials to search for existing relationships by login, email address or services. We may use your contact information to allow others to find your account, including through third party services and client applications. You can upload your address book so that we can help you find contacts on our network or so that other Users on our network can find you. We may make suggestions to you and other Network Users based on contacts imported from your address book. We may partner with companies that offer special offers. To fulfill this type of marketing and promotional offers, we may share your email address.
7- Geolocation
Geolocation for the purpose of providing services
We collect and process your geolocation data in order to provide you with our services. We may use your personal data to determine your location in real time. You may, at any time, deactivate the functions relating to geolocation in line with your right of objection as provided for in Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data privacy.
Geolocation for cross-referencing purposes
We collect and process your geolocation data to enable our services to identify intersection points over time and location with other Users of the service in order to show you profiles of intersecting Users. You may, at any time, deactivate the functions relating to geolocation in line with your right of objection as provided for in Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data privacy. You therefore acknowledge that the service will no longer be able to show you profiles of other Users.
Geolocation made available to partners for referencing and aggregation (with opt-in)
We may collect and process your geolocation data in conjunction with our partners. We guarantee that the data used will be made anonymous. You may, at any time, deactivate the functions relating to geolocation in line with your right of objection as provided for in Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data privacy.
8- Collection of Device Data
No collection of technical data
We do not collect or store any technical data from your device (IP address, internet service provider...).
9- Cookies
Cookie Retention Period
In compliance with the recommendations of the CNIL, the maximum duration of retention of cookies is 13 months after their initial storage in the User's device. The same applies to the duration of the validity of the User's consent to the use of these cookies. The lifespan of cookies will not be extended with each new visit. The User's consent must therefore be renewed at the end of this period.
Use of Cookies
Cookies may be used for analytical purposes, in particular to optimize the services rendered to the User by processing data concerning the frequency of access, the personalization of the pages, the operations carried out and the data accessed.

11- Retention period of personal data and
anonymization
Data Retention for the Duration of the Contractual Relationship
In compliance with Article 6-5° of the French law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data protection, personal data shall not be retained beyond the time necessary to perform the obligations defined at the time of the conclusion of the contract or the predefined duration of the contractual relationship.
Retention of anonymized data beyond the contractual relationship/after account deletion
Personal data will be retained for the time strictly necessary to carry out the purposes
described in this Privacy Policy. After this period, the data will be anonymized and
retained for statistical purposes only and will not be used
in any way whatsoever.
Deleting data after account deletion
Measures for deleting data are put in place in order to provide for the effective deletion of data as soon as the period of retention or archiving necessary for the achievement of the determined or prescribed purposes is achieved. In compliance with the French law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data privacy, you have the right to delete your data at any time by contacting the Publisher.
Data deletion after 3 years of inactivity
If you have not logged in to the Website for a period of three years, you will receive an e-mail inviting you to log in as soon as possible, otherwise your data will be deleted from our databases due to security reasons.
12- Deleting an Account
Deletion of an account upon request
Users may delete their Account at any time by simply requesting the Publisher to do so OR by using the Account deletion menu in the Account settings, as appropriate.
Account Deletion due to Privacy Policy Violation
If you violate any provision(s) of the Privacy Policy or any other document incorporated herein by reference, the Publisher reserves the right to terminate or restrict, without prior notice and in its sole discretion, your use of and access to the Services, your account and all Websites.
13- Notices in the event of a security breach detected
by the Publisher

We are committed to implementing all appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security that is appropriate to the risks of accidental, unauthorized or illegal access, disclosure, alteration, loss or destruction of your personal data. 15- Changes to the Privacy Policy
In case of changes to this Privacy Policy, we undertake not to lower the level of confidentiality substantially without prior information of the persons concerned
We will inform you of any material changes to this Privacy Policy, and we will not lower the level of confidentiality of your data substantially without informing you and obtaining your consent.
16- Applicable Law and Procedures for Recourse
Arbitration Clause
You expressly agree that any dispute that may arise as a result of this Privacy Policy, including its interpretation or enforcement shall be subject to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the mutually agreed upon arbitration platform, to which you shall unconditionally agree.
